It’s so slow I spend at least an hour of my day waiting on it to load. ### 1/5 — Try harder. *2024-07-30, version 4.3.221* This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to use. Idea is great execution is awful. Things load over and over again for no reason. If you need to back out of a customer from the address line you can’t. It just forces you to punch something in then crashes. Pen and paper was superior and wasted realistically less paper then this high end paper in the printer. Some days I just screenshot the schedule and complete later in the day to avoid the trouble. Takes forever to close out a job when it does work. Because a lot of features do not work well such as tracking. The app is always crashing, especially if you are in a lower phone service area. As we all know, maps and google maps are limited in their ability to find certain addresses. It would be nice if there was a way “locate” a certain address on the technicians side of things so they could save difficult customers locations. ### 1/5 — Terrible. This app will surely make your staff frustrated. Jobs don’t close out, kicks you off the app, gsp is inaccurate- takes you to the wrong address. List goes on and on. Escalating to management is useless. Questions to support line goes unanswered “it must be a glitch”?!? Very disappointing. Doesn’t deserve 1 star…more like a big fat 0 ### 1/5 — Bad, bad,bad *2023-05-12, version 4.3.221* I highly discourage anyone from getting Real Green or the Mobile Live App. I would not use this app and program if I did not have to. The program is difficult to work through and has many bugs. The app is even worse. It freezes up regularly and is useless to the crew in the field. Always slow to load up. The company should have fixed this years ago. I can’t believe I have to pay for this crap. Can’t do multiple stops at once and it’s hard to navigate through different tabs due to the speed. Not to mention there’s not much you can do with the app as customer account screen looks terrible. If the app was like the webpage then it would be significantly better. Easily adds five minutes to each stop cause it needs to reload each time you clock in or out of a property. Constantly not responsive and logs out the user randomly. ### 1/5 — Horrible. We went from Field Routes to this app and it’s a total downgrade. If field routes is more expensive it’s because it’s worth it. It’s a far superior app that allows you to tailor it what you want and need. Your employees will gripe at you for weeks trying to figure this mess of an app out. ### 1/5 — I use it for work, it function’s but…. *2024-08-13, version 4.3.221* This app will crash anywhere from 2-10 times a day. I do not see the need for it to lock you out for it to refresh every time you do something in the app, every other app does background refreshing. It is impossible to do anything quickly in the app, it does not feel polished. (Have to tap buttons 3-4 times to select things) It is missing key features I believe any app like this should have. For example, I would like to add personal notes on customer’s accounts that they won’t see right in the app so the next time I visit the property I can see any notes I left for myself. Such as “use the left side gate to get to back yard” “watch for dog” and so on. It does not have anything like that feature. This app has not been updated since I’ve started using it, feels like the dev team has other things to worry about. Overall this app will function…most of the time. We’ve been using Mobile Live in all of our service vehicles and for our sales people in the field for about five years now. It’s helped us to grow our business to seven figures. They keep adding new features and capabilities that help us to communicate with customers and internally with team that make this the most valuable software of its kind. I’ve seen others and there is no comparison! Great customer support and training from Real Green Systems too. I don’t write many reviews on here but I was surprised to see anything lower than five stars (so I had to say something)! I find that most of negative experience I’ve heard is due to user error. The app and the web-based software is intuitive and easy to use and we continue to implement new advanced features each year! I would definitely contact them for a demo to see if it’s a good fit for your business! ### 5/5 — Great *2019-02-07, version 4.0.3* Awesome app ### 4/5 — Better than android version *2021-04-19, version 4.2.336* Mapping issue with androids seems fixed, but app doesn’t total up production values during the day when I check production status. So far seems pretty solid, this will be my first full day using on my iPhone so I’ll edit later if anything else stands out. Edit 4/19/21 Been using a while now and it will force close about 7-10 times a day. Tired just keeping the phone unlocked in the truck, still same thing.
