I can’t get it to work at all. Downloading it through android phone was simple

99% of the time, you cannot sort by store once you get into individual departments. It’s a ridiculous round of opening and closing various departments and classes until (IF) you luck out and find one that will load the store number selection screen. Disheartening to see that this complaint has been left in a review before…. THREE years ago.

Some bugs were fixed but now you can’t sort by store in the sales by department windows.

Can’t scan in UPCs with new iPhones, no role based user security. Inconsistent experience between Eagle for Windows and eagle mobile.

This is a dealbreaker for any serious retail store.

Does not work now that I am on iOS 9. Good app when operating. Deleting and re-downloading didn't work.

This program would have been a 4 star but it can't use the camera on the iPhone 6 plus, and you can't type in UPC codes, so unless you know the sku number, you can't look up an item info. 
Also, this program should let you change retails and location codes, c'mon Epicor, get it together.

The app is great in principle but does not function well.  Multiple errors prevent much use.  Please fix.

Works better than most of our handhelds and doesn't require constant log-ins. As long as I keep up with the updates it seems to work great.

Great tool for owners and managers to quickly check daily sales, item information, top 100 items, and much more via your iPhone, iPad, or other iOS device.  You can type a SKU or description, or scan a UPC code, and see item pricing info, quantity on hand, and sales history.  Top 100 list of items sold can be filtered by Dept or Class, it's a great way to check what's mocing on a particualr day so you can reorder or make sure the shelves are stocked.
