It’s so easy to personalize, customize, and navigate. The developer is always listening, making changes, upgrading options, etc. I am extremely happy with the service, the customer care, the forever evolving EHR, etc. The only complaint that I have, which does not affect the function of the program, is the flowery and pastel color scheme. I wish there was an option for an individual practice to choose a gray scale, a blue scale, or some other neutral scale color scheme that looks more professional for me and ALL of my clients to see. BUT, that may be a massive project that is too big of a challenge to navigate easily. I am just holding out hope that one day customizing a professional color scheme is an option. This really is an amazing EHR!! There is a great Facebook group too. This EHR works perfectly off-line as well! That is a huge bonus in outages, Amish country, etc. You never have to paper chart. I HIGHLY recommend! You wont be disappointed! You should definitely sign up if you are considering it! ### 5/5 — Integrative & w/o WiFi *2025-01-19* MM is appreciated as it integrates well from iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc… With a client out of reception and no WiFi, info can be logged & loaded later. User friendly. Superb support. While many other platforms were considered, I/ we are SO glad we chose this one! Every pregnancy ends up being a separate chart and doesn’t connect to previous pregnancies of the same client, gyn care isn’t linked to pregnancy charts even if it’s the same patient, no way to tell if it’s a new patient or return patient without searching all 4 tabs and of course if a patient gets married or divorced, there is no way to find old charts and no way to link them. There are so many amazing features & updates are added all the time for easier use. The owners of the system are incredible at their work & I am increasingly impressed with their help & willingness to ensure the best quality of work for their users. Please review practice of sending login details AND password in the same email. Username and password at put in, then the screen just spirals. The next day, I went in and changed some of the information to more accurate information, but it would not save the new information. Right now I’m writing this review and I can’t even see what I’m writing because the text and the background are both white. The whole app is dumb because the format is too small. This happens on both my laptop and iPad. When I look up the problem they say that the server is down, that there are too many users on at the same time, or that I must not have data connected. It’s so beyond frustrating when I want to know an updated lab or need to access paperwork asap. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome, cared for, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive, and the consultation was thorough and highly professional. I had the pleasure of being seen by Kel during my visit. I learned so much about my health and received clear, thoughtful answers to all of my questions. I left feeling completely satisfied and confident with my care. I’m already noticing positive results, which makes me even more grateful. I am an Apple gal, so anything that works on apple makes me happy. But also glad that clients who are not apple users can interface easily on their computers or other phones! I really appreciate that I can customize fields myself without involving the office help of MM. This makes it easy to provide custom care to my clients. As with any electronic charting program, there is a learning curve and if you are new to the program, please join the facebook community for support from other users and to search and see if others have had similar requests. The community that uses MM is super supportive and are happy to trouble shoot and help you find a solution to whatever issue you are having!
