Purchased Cloud 7 upgrade today and was looking forward to informing the church about the app. Well, it doesn't work. I hope they fix it soon.

Let me begin by saying that being able to access my church database from my phone is fantastic. I love that I can make calls directly from the app and that I have the ability to edit existing member's information. There are a few places where it could be better. While login information is saved and automatically logs you in when you open the app, the process is a bit slow and involves flashing through 2-3 different screens. Second, the app crashes every time I leave it (to make a call or send an email) and then try to go back to it. I have to close out of the app and re-open it, going through the whole login process again. It would be nice if it could keep a session open, even if only for a period of time, so that you can go back and forth with the app. Finally, I haven't been able to figure out how to send a text message from the app. I end up starting a call and immediately hang up so that I can then use the number in my phone's messaging app (there is no way to copy and paste this information from the app).
