Mobile Office for Genesys is a strong add-on to Genesys Cloud because it extends the power and flexibility of the platform to mobile users, especially frontline workers, field agents, and remote employees like doctors, nurses and sales, who traditionally haven’t had full access to the same tools as in-office users.
