I'm actually quite impressed with this app, especially since I hate their website. It's very easy to make payments, report outages, and check your overpriced bill (thank heavens for our little monopoly). You can even customize push notifications to remind you when you need to pay your (most likely exorbitant) bill. As much as I dislike this company, the app is really good.
