If Black Rifle Coffee Company ever sells, new management will rightly fire everyone in the development team. Obviously, the dev team can't be bothered to read comments, sync with the main app. 2 separate apps?! That's cause to replace a whole slew of people. Password scripts funny work. ### 1/5 — Login failed *2024-01-18, version 22.2.1* Cannot log into the app but I can in the other BRCC app ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-10-21, version 22.2.1* I’ve tried ordering on this app multiple times and there is an error with payment every time. I’ve tried using multiple different cards with the same error. Whether I order in store or ahead of time, I’d like all my points going to the same account please! FYI: It’s idiotic in the first place that you have to have a SEPARATE app just for ordering coffee when the only reason I downloaded the original app in the first place was to order coffee and keep track of purchases and points earned, please stop letting inbreds design your apps and just merge the two, this is embarrassing for a company of this size. ### 1/5 — Error *2023-06-06, version 22.2.0* I’ve never been able to use this app because it says there’s an error when logging into my account. In addition, I received a gift card and I can’t find a way to add it within my payment options. I’m really bad with holding gift cards or remembering I even have them. Please add Harker Heights and Temple stores to app. App layout simple, keep it simple. AL-47, excellent as a K cup round. BlackBeard, excellence in a cup. Don’t mess with the recipes of caffeinated excellence. C. Gould, U.S. Army (Ret.) ### 3/5 — Cannot give proper review since my store doesn’t show up *2022-12-29, version 22.2.0* There’s a new store by me that’s opened up but it doesn’t show up in the app, therefore I cannot use it. It’s not a big deal, I imagine it’ll get hooked up on here eventually my guess is they aren’t ready to take mobile orders which is totally understandable. I would like to add a note though, please consider uploading your nutrition facts! I’m a daily coffee goer and I like to put the coffees in my fitness app, especially since I get Frappuccinos and workout so it’s my guilty pleasure of the day and I like to know how much sugar and caffeine is in it so I can kind of plan around it. ### 3/5 — Why are there no drink descriptions? *2022-11-18, version 22.2.0* It’s kind of annoying that there are no descriptions for what any of the seasonal drinks are. I have no idea what “Smokey Joe” is just based on the name. Other than that, I’m glad there’s finally a mobile order app! ### 2/5 — Rewards programe *2024-12-23, version 24.0.4* There’s nothing at all to share how the rewards program will work. The app ‘just stopped working’ about 5months ago and no one had a clue why or when would be back up.
