You’d have better luck sending smoke signals to your office to get your time in. ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2024-07-24, version 2.20240614* This app is extremely buggy and slow. Every action takes several seconds to refresh the screen, minimum. This app is pretty basic. I don’t understand why I constantly don’t have the ability to create tickets until I delete and reinstall. It is easy to report time and expenses incurred for each job. I also like the option to generate a weekly time sheet showing all jobs completed for the week with all time and expenses shown. I basically get paid twice to sit and do time, except the pen and paper method is faster than using the app so it is not quite twice the pay for the same task. We had about a week of learning the program but once we all got the hang of it it was a life, and time saver! It makes a time sheet for us, the technicians can make a ticket and clear a ticket in our system anytime we want, and the office ladies love us for having all our time entered already! My staff in the office does not have to check the techs in and out from the jobs. The techs type what they have done. No more deciphering the techs hand writing.
