I use a password manager so I copy/paste my passwords into the field. What your website is doing is cutting off the ending of the text in the password field but doesn't tell you that your password is too long. it just cuts it off and says your good. When you go to use it in the mobile app you get an error saying your account doesn't exist. This is rather jarring particularly when you have to reset your password over and over trying to figure out if someone is trying to hack into your account. The only way i was able to catch this is I finally hit the show password when in the reset password area on the web and noticed that the password field was cutting off my paste. Now I'm able to login to the app again.
