Mobile SinglePoint provides U.S. Bank corporate and business clients’ access to their time-critical SinglePoint and SinglePoint Essentials services on-the-go. With the Mobile SinglePoint app, you can optimize your working capital while maintaining oversight of critical banking functions. With Mobile SinglePoint, you can: • View current and previous day balances, and all key balance information for your accounts. • Transfer funds on-the-go between DDA accounts, loan accounts and trust accounts. • Use Positive Pay; a check fraud tool that helps you make pay or return decisions quickly and confidently. You can review exceptions for multiple accounts and view check images of exceptions. • Approve transactions or templates remotely. Within the Mobile Approval service, you can approve ACH batches and templates, wire transfers, wire transfer templates, and repeat codes, book transfers, and book templates. You can also approve Positive Pay decisions. • Search for transactions within the Information Reporting database. • Review Bank Messages quickly and conveniently. Clients with system administrative access can also approve password resets and entitle additional users from their business and control who should have access to Mobile SinglePoint. Can’t log in! It was not the best app to begin with but now it’s completely useless. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-07-23, version 1.5.6* This app constantly freezes and won’t reset unless phone is turned on and off . Worst bank app . ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-04-11* The worst bank app . Freezes for hours until you turn off phone and resets . Useless app ### 1/5 — I didn’t log in in the past 90 days now I’m inactivated *2024-04-09, version 1.5.0* This App is so tedious to use, I called USBank and a very helpful lady helped me set up the process by which every few days any money in my account gets moved to another bank. However, now my account is inactivated because I haven’t signed in frequently—which was the whole point of setting it up this way!! Now they need to send me a form, wet signature, send back, verify officer and signatures then they will decide whether or not to re-activate my account. Spent over an hour on the phone with a kind customer service person but problem could not be fixed. It has to be easier to get nasa access than get into this app. ### 1/5 — What a load of dung *2023-07-18, version 1.4.7* Rather than buying other banks (union bank in this case) why not you guys spend some money to fix the stupid tech in your bank. Your portal works only on edge. App Is a joke and since the transition from union to US bank, i have wasted countless hours on this stupidity called singlepoint. Yes it is definitely a single point of all the idiocy and mediocrity. Actually not, even mediocre is much better than this. You guys need at least a few years of work to get to mediocre. ### 1/5 — Unbelievable *2023-06-07, version 1.4.6* I was a Union Bank customer for over 20 years and now that USBank took over, I am baffled that their business website called “SinglePoint” is so difficult to navigate and the app is not even functional. Since the take over a week ago, I have been able to log on to the app only twice. The other 100 attempts just results in flashing and crashing.
