Suddenly, I can’t see any specs. No product details or anything. It keeps saying “fetching product data” and then it crashes. I deleted the app and redownloaded and still the same.  Needs update asap!!!!!!!!

To no avail, I've attempted to use the Sub-Zero and Wolf Spec App several times and it persistently will not open, displaying on the opening screen the loading icon without disappearing. I would love to see this load and open so I can use it.

This app worked fine until a March-2022 update.  After then, appliances disconnect or uninstall themselves, won’t reconnect, or appear as “unreachable”.   It’s truly hard to understand, how Subzero-Wolf appliances fail to connect with a Subzero-Wolf app after many months.

Thanks for using the Sub-Zero & Wolf Mobile Specifications App to get product specs on the fly! In this version, we fixed the Cove product loading error.  This prevented Cove products from displaying after the initial product update.
