Very disappointed that this does not work with the new PT-E550W. While the app does see and identify the printer, it will not transfer to/from it. I called support and seems no one knows how to use the database transfer feature. At first I was told it does not have that feature. I can get it to transfer from PC, but not iPhone or Mac yet. I'll keep playing with it. There is no documentation on their website or in their included manual that explains the process. You must figure out on your own. Sad!
