This app is exactly what I need and the fact that it is available on my iPhone, iPad and Mac, makes it very convenient to update anywhere and anytime. I also plan to share my tree with other family members to build out our ancestry with information they have. I wish though, there was an online option where others who do not have Apple phone or computer can access my family tree. Overall, I really like this app. ### 3/5 — Great app but… *2025-01-13* This app is beautiful and works great. I just cannot figure out where exactly my file is located. Is it on my mobile app? On Cloudtree? On iCloud? On One Drive? My cloudgtree also doesn’t match from one device to another. Yes, I am logged into the same Apple ID. So I am hesitant to make updates to my files, because I don’t know which is the real McCoy. Customer service was good about answering my first email in depth, but I am having issues still and waiting on them. I’m sure they will reply.
