I spent a lot of money on the cameras, DVR and installation. The app crashes constantly and trying to playback on one specific camera is almost impossible. And I can only access one of the cameras remotely. My Nest doorbell software is so much more advanced. This is absolutely horrible and a joke. Always, always times out and I can’t view any of my cameras. People are spending $30 per camera and getting much better results. Boy was I stupid for buying Into their system. I thought after spending this kind of money and having a hard wired system that it would be superior. Wrong. This app makes it exceedingly difficult to find past activity and play it back. There is no graphical display to show when there is movement reported from a camera to quickly allow you select and playback those portions.
