Been this way for months. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Update this App, PLEASE!!! *2015-11-11, version 1.2.9* #1 - I've used this app on an iPhone 5s and now on brand new iPhone 6s. Biggest issue with your app is that it GUZZLES BATTERY LIFE (even on a brand new phone) like kryptonite feeding on Superman!! This is an extreme coding flaw! I can use this app for less than 60 seconds and my battery life will go down between 2-5% (at least); God forbid I need to use it more than 60 seconds. :-/ Bye-bye, battery life! Please fix this! #2 - Let's face reality...the whole app needs a refresh. While it does work on newer phones, this app if far from "in the here and now". The interface isn't native to Retina displays and there are scores of features left unused because of failure to 'update with the times'. It's like having a fantastic iPhone and having to print to a dot matrix printer...reee-reee, reee-reee...you get the idea. So, please overhaul the app! #3 - There are subtle differences between your free version and your "Pro" version, which is pretty pricey by the way. For instance, when I swipe on the camera picture to change between cameras, each app operates differently; the swipe gestures aren't congruent. It would be like going from ASDF on a keyboard to SAD F...oh, wait...see what I just did there. Yeah, it's 'sad'. But, hey...this is only minor compared to the battery kryptonite issue mentioned in #1. Eick! #4 - If #1, #2, and #3 are outside of your company's capabilities to produce/fix, please hire a third party app specialist/designer to do the overhaul for you. It'll leave your customers happy and more likely to recommend your products. We're in a mobile age, so making you're on the cutting edge is a huge benefit to 'word of mouth' advertising and user experience. ### 1/5 — EVERFOCUS PLUS *2015-08-25* I have a family business & I'm asked a lot by my BOSS (DAD) to look back on the cameras at are employees I have a problem w/EVERFOCUS PLUS CAMERAS I can't even get into the cameras Don't you people monitor the EVERFOCUS PLUS CAMERAS Why do I have write a review to tell you what's wrong I'm getting a GET SESSION ID FAILED when I try to get into the cameras I need this fixed now Do yinzs actually read these reviews ### 3/5 — Can not even open App *2014-12-29, version 1.2.6* Please fix app I can not open and I can not update. ### 1/5 — Can't even open!! *2014-12-27, version 1.2.6* Now with the new update I can't even open my app!! How are they supposed to justify making you pay $9 for this app and then crash it. Before the last update In order for it to work I would have to clear it by hitting the home button twice to remove it from the background. Then reopen it for it to work. However since the last update I've been getting get session Id failed every time for a few days now. It must be a glitch in the website and app because it happens on my computer and my Husbands Samsung Galaxy as well. Please fix this bug. ### 1/5 — Not like it used to be. *2014-03-12* This app used to be wonderful!! I could jump from camera to camera with almost no transition time. Not anymore. I can view two camera before the entire app freezes. It's pretty useless to not be able to quickly jump back and forth between cameras. I used to be able to show the cameras to the police when someone would attempt a break in. Now it is so slow I can't follow the criminals fast enough without the app completely locking up. Can’t see cameras at vacation home “get enabled channels failed”. Nothing has changed at all and its obvious nothing has changed at mobilefocus. Worked last night and this am its a bust! Come on everfocus!! ### 1/5 — Longdirtroad *2022-07-06, version 1.2.28* Yesterday, 5 july 2022, at our vacation home, the cameras were working great. Vacation home is 250 miles from my permanent residence so i ask my daughter to review the cameras and everthing worked just fine. ( daughter was at perm residence). Late evening 5july 2022 at my permanent residence i tried to review my cameras 250 miles away and could not. Nothing has changed at either place. What is going on?? It was working fine and now its not. All i get on is a spinning wheel and a “timed out”. BTW this is not the first time this has happened. I purchased this because I thought it would provide better functionality and connectability. No it does not it is a waste of money. You can only connect when your on the same WiFi.
