However, every time, you restart the app you need to reload each camera into a replay box. Very frustrating. This app does not work with the NVR NVR8004x. The app shuts down every time I try to open the NVR as a device. And if the free app doesn't work, why would I pay for the HD Plus $15.99 version. ### 2/5 — Horrible Support *2015-12-30, version 1.1.6* Don't plan on the company helping you out much. If I am at home and on wifi they won't work. If I even try to do it on 3G on my phone it won't work. Please fix this issue. I really need this to work at home. ### 1/5 — it's a start... *2013-03-17, version 1.0.2* I've been very happy with the original MobileFocus app on my 3GS ( once EF debugged it ), but I'm still waiting for the usability features that EF still seems to have left out. There have been numerous requests for finger wipe camera changes. It just makes sense with the platform. Anyone that wipes through images in other apps does it instinctively. It makes you wonder if the app writer's even USE iProducts. Or if anyone takes the time to read, or respond, to any of the reviews. C'mon, guys - This is FREE product evaluation! I just dropped this HD app onto an iPad Mini. Unfortunately, EF has released another buggy app. It's locking up, very clunky and doesn't remember settings. I can only hope that they clean this up as nicely as they did with the original app. THAT one worked out quite well. While I'm writing, how about a cleanup for the overpriced iPhone app with playback. And maybe a better price point. Don't Give Up, EF! UPDATE The resolution is GREAT! I also really like the quad screen. Working around the building, it's very nice to be able to keep an eye on 4 hotspots at the same time. The favorite star is also a welcome addition. Everfocus has a nice iPad app here. I also ponied up for MobileFocus Plus. It works flawlessly and saves me spinning up a laptop of going to the main monitor to review stored video. Worth the money. Is this a known problem? ### 4/5 — Lost Option in Latest Version *2014-10-18, version 1.1.3* In version 1.1.2, when in quad-view mode, there was a slider button (bottom left) that would allow the app to remember the four cameras I wanted to be the "default" view/cameras when in that mode. In version 1.1.3, that slider button is gone when in quad-view mode and the first four cameras in the list are now the default view - if I want to see different cameras, I have to close them manually and select the ones I want to see. That is very annoying knowing I have to go through that EVERY time I launch the app...especially when it wasn't that way in the previous version. PLEASE bring that feature back to the free version of your wonderful app!!
