At the fire department, we simply get the dispatch determinant. I am not able to use my IAED number to get access to the app? It appears that the only people that could have access to the content are the people that don't need it. You would already be using the flip cards or proQa, ext. ### 1/5 — 1 PROBLEM *2014-12-26, version 1.0* DO NOT WASTE TIME DOWNLOADING THIS UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO GET YOUR 911 DISPATCH CENTERS LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE SOFTWARE, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR DEVICE WITH THE LICENSE NUMBER BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE APP. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t Activate *2024-12-17, version 1.1* The app is missing the activate button. ### 1/5 — Waste of Time *2022-04-12, version 1.1* Downloaded the app. Requires some sort of activation code or license. Does not offer any clues as to how to acquire said license or code. ### 1/5 — License required *2021-11-29, version 1.1* This app may be valuable for EMTs and such whose agencies have a license, but to a scanner buff or such looking to translate what a 15-D-1 fire dispatch means, this app is not for us. Priority Dispatch requires that you enter license information before it will show you this information. They won’t even sell you their printed pocket guide. I can understand wanting to protect the dispatch coding process which is based on a lot of research, but not allowing people to see what the codes even mean is not in the public interest, and renders this app useless for anyone without an agency subscription. (Accepting the license shown also grants them permission to visit your premises and inspect your usage!) ### 1/5 — Awful interface *2020-01-11, version 1.1* This interface is garbage and gives much less information than the flip books did. Plus, you have to keep clicking other codes to see if there would have been a more appropriate selection. How many of the people on the street have access to that without the hassle of an official request. What's so secretive about it? No one is gonna try and screen 911 calls from their cell. If you are using this app you most likely work under a dispatch center that already pays for the software. I can only imagine the fire storm from our blowhard comms coordinator of he got a bill with my name on it for using the app. Just open it up and this app might have a use. ### 1/5 — Deceptive *2015-02-12, version 1.0* Downloaded and attempted to use my EMD number, stated invalid .. Went back and reviewed and found out it may require the centers license number. Read Fine print and this could cost my center . Advertised to my personal email as a adjunct tool..
