You have no access to unlock and lock your card like most bank do.

This is the most difficult bank app I have ever used.  The app will not warn you that your password of 3 months needs to be change.  You only find this if you log in to the website.  This is ridiculous if you never use the website.  You get locked out of your account not realizing it’s been three months.  Then you have to call bank and get a temporary password then go into website and change password.  Plus when I used old password the app said in warning box, temporarily having problems.  This app ALWAYS has problems.

I have recently married and I cannot change my name on Zelle, which is only accessible through the Geo D mobile app. Please help with this issue. I don’t want anyone confused when sending money to me or receiving money from me.

i got a new number last december. i already got my new contact info changed over with the bank. now all of a sudden i no longer receive texts whenever i spend money, so i have to manually go in the app and check my balance. 

also, is zelle no longer supported in the mobile app??? i used zelle with my old number, but once again, since i changed my number i haven't seen the zelle option in the app even though the bank still comes up in the zelle app when i search it.

as a college student who is away from home 90% of the time, i depend heavily on mobile banking and now they're just being strange lol.

I have the same password and user name at Fidelity that I have had for 25 years. There is no confirmation text numbers. Same in using face id.

I have had the same user name and password and Face ID with Charles schwab for 4 years.

I have had the same password and user name with capital one and ally for 6 years.

I have had the same password and user name with American Express for 20 years.

The user interface is confusing and it is hard to find common tasks (e.g., transfer money between accounts or using Zelle, finding bill pay, etc.) I recommend a better or more comprehensive drop down menu system.
