It’s a poor design, and it can lock you out at times. Some of the features are good, many are not. One of which is the inability to use a code instead of your full password. A quick task is now a little lengthier than before the update. Maybe it is more secure? It's incredibly frustrating to be signed out repeatedly—what's the point of the "remember me" option and Face ID if I have to log back in every three days? The layout is confusing, making it difficult to find what I need. Basic functions like transferring money are so different and honestly headache worthy if you’re trying to move money around. It’s gotten even better since the update a few months back where they updated the interface and added mobile deposits. The only complaint I have is that I had to update from iOS 15.6 to be able to use the app, but it never said that iOS 15.6 wasn’t supported, so I had a difficult time figuring out that’s what it was.
