A complete waste of time I have purchased the USB memory stick some time ago and downloaded the app which worked for a short time after which it became a struggled in getting it to work effectively. Now I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max the situation is even made worsted. Transferring photos from iPhone to USB has failed after selecting the photos, notification comes up saying library is empty. When I tried updating the firmware message appears saying they are working with Apple to resolve
