You slot it into the bottom of your iPhone. The App opens, and a menu pops up. You select the Option that you want - usually “Transfer From iPhone To iBridge”. Select the photos you want to put on the stick - or “Select All”. And they are saved onto the stick. Then you can leave them on your phone, or delete them. I usually transfer them from the stick, onto a hard drive first - just to be safe - and then go back to delete photos off my phone. You free up space on your iPhone, plus you have the photos on your PC. Every few weeks, I clear all the photos off my phone, and start again, with lots of free space.
