Doesn’t work and when you click the phone number for the “contact us ”for tech support,  it just takes you to people who have no clue what the MOBILE OSS app is……

Moss app is trash! Always issues with its functionality. Not dependable at all. They keep updating trying to fix problems or modify and create more issues.

The alert tones are terrible.  When you are scrolling through to select a tone, you either can’t hear the preview or the tone won’t shut off until you exit the program.  Also you can have multiple tones going off at the same time.

It won’t take password and no tickets get dispatched for about a week now. Super frustrating have to carry laptop around w me to check this

Ok cool there is now a gps location for each site. However most are not marked correctly. Did anyone go over satellite view and see how far off they are. I have 1 tower site that is at-least off by 3 miles

First few time I tried it the tones work outside the phones volume control.  The tones are at max volume.  Now after trying it later in the day (have un/reinstalled to troubleshoot) I can not get any tones.

Please add Face ID login. The login process is tedious and slow. Other than that it works pretty well.

While this app is not perfect, it has been updated multiple times and continuous improvements are being made. There are features that would be nice to have. This is far better than managing tickets via phone call and email.
