App said there weren’t any available. The machine also looked nasty. No care for their product or customers. ### 1/5 — Just find a outlet *2024-06-24* I was in port authority in Manhattan the only reason I got this was bc they decided to block all the outlets in port authority and this company was probably behind it ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2024-06-16* Have to use the local WiFi. Hope I can return it, my battery went nearly dead trying to rent it’ ### 1/5 — The most unintuitive kiosk service I have ever seen *2023-09-17* Before I can even get to the issues I had trying to rent the power bank, I’d like to point out that if someone is looking for a power bank then there is a solid chance that their phone will be dead so maybe having your kiosk setup to actually rent directly from the machine would be smart. Even when I was able to access the app to rent a power bank, I was repeatedly told that there were no power banks available even though I was staring at 4 fully charged power banks ready in the machine. So yeah overall just sort of useless and dysfunctional. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-05-10* Solid business model. I’m bars where people’s phones are dying. Card wouldn’t authorise. No ApplePay. I wasted the rest of my battery trying to download the app and scanning a QR code before my phone died and I could not rent a charge. Mother cornflakes what a dumb system. Hopefully Union Station gets ride of this dumb product. ### 4/5 — It worked *2023-03-10* App got stuck trying to rent a cube twice: first time scanning QR code, second time when attempting to pay. But third time it worked. ### 5/5 — Worked great *2023-01-30, version 1.0.7* I rented one at the train station and it fully charged my phone in a little over an hour. The app was easy to use. It’ll do that thing where it looks like it’s charging and then stop after 1 sec and not even go up 1% !!!!!! Rip off!!!!!
