I’ve tried to make an account multiple times with different emails bc each time, I never get the confirmation email that is required to be verified before it lets you log in. Absolutely NO customer service/tech service/app service. Do not waste your time with this!!! ### 1/5 — The worst pharmacy app EVER *2025-03-05, version 1.4.9* I loathe this app. It never loads properly, EVER. I wouldn’t use it or the pharmacy but it’s the only pharmacy I can use deemed by my even worse insurance that is provided by employer. Can’t use the app at all. ### 1/5 — Do better. *2024-09-11, version 1.4.9* This app is absolutely horrendous. I’ve attempted to make an account three times using three separate emails. There is no customer service number or email to contact. After the third attempt my account is made, but now I’m stuck at ‘verify ID’ because the app won’t let me input my birthday! I haven’t seen an app this bad since the iPhone 4. When it comes to health care you need a well oiled machine. This isn’t a beta gaming app. This app controls private healthcare information and it runs worse than a 2003 Dell desktop computer. Who is running this app, a child? Spent 30 minutes loading it and adding prescription and tried to find when it was last filled and couldn’t do it. Feels like 1990s tech. I programmed better than that in the 1990s. So I can’t sign in with out this code and it won’t let me change the number it has. There is no way to contact any type of support to help and the individual hospitals, pharmacies, etc have no idea how to fix anything on these which is also not there problem. Each time I try to login my password is no good. When I go to reset my password I’m told my username does not exist. Tried to “forget” my password but app said my email was invalid. Tried to start an account with same email but app said my invalid email was already in use. It’s really hard to login and when I finally do it’s not even showing my correct prescriptions or what refills I have left. This is very frustrating. Also, never could get it to recognize my camera on my IPhone 13 Pro Max. ### 1/5 — Frustrating, Outdated, and Barely Functional *2025-05-20, version 1.4.9* I’m incredibly disappointed with this app. I didn’t want to switch pharmacies in the first place because they use this third-party app, and now I’m wishing I hadn’t. I came from using the CVS app, which is intuitive and reliable. This app is the opposite. To start, it doesn’t save login info, so I have to manually log in every single time. No Face ID, no remembered credentials, just a clunky login screen that resets every session. The app’s identity verification process is also a nightmare. I have a legal double last name (not hyphenated), and that has completely broken the system. When I try to verify my identity, the app tells me my last name “must be all alphabetical characters,” and no matter how I enter my name, combined or separate, it claims I don’t exist. The pharmacy can’t change my name in their system because it has to match my legal ID, so I’m stuck. To make matters worse, there’s zero customer support. No phone number, no email, just a generic website that requires an account with the developer to even ask a question. I don’t even know how to create an account there. The ID verification asks for your last name, prescription number, and birth date. Fine, I understand it’s a security step. But having to dig up my prescription number just to sign up was annoying, and I would’ve overlooked it if the rest of the app worked. It doesn’t. Now I have to call in every refill manually, repeating my prescription number every time. That’s something a modern app should have solved by now. In 2025, it’s ridiculous that an app designed for something as important as managing prescriptions is this poorly made. If I could give it zero stars, I would. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2025-05-15, version 1.4.9* I’ve never, EVER experienced a worse pharmacy app! Crashes every time I attempt to validate ID. You can't use the camera to scan the bar code if you have an iPhone 14 or better. There is no way to request that they contact your doc for refills. It won’t focus no matter what I try. So I now can only manually enter the numbers to refill my prescriptions. Before I got my new phone I would’ve given this app 5 stars, now I can only give it 3 stars, because of this glitch. Fails everytime and says contact support 😕 ### 2/5 — Pharmacies: This is not what you want if you want us to stop phoning you *2026-03-21, version 1.4.9* I now have my log in problems solved. But the app provides just minimal functionality. For instance, if you try to request a refill more than a few days before it’s due, you have to go through all the steps of entering info, and THEN it tells you it’s too soon, too bad, so sad. But there are weekends! Holidays! Medications that have to be ordered in advance! It should allow you to inform the pharmacy that you will be wanting your refill but that you understand you can’t pick it up yet. Basic functions like that just don’t exist in this app. If the pharmacy wants something to reduce their burden of voice mail messages, this ain’t it. There is also an express refill function that doesn’t function at all. Just log in and reorder from your main med list, and don’t bother finding Rx numbers or labels trying to make it work. Original review It won’t let me log in without the 2 factor authentication, but the first time I had to use it, it is only offering me a verification code sent to a land line. There is no option to change that without being logged in.
