USELESS AS TITS ON A BULL. *2026-02-25, version 3.23.112* GARBAGE APP ### 5/5 — Convenient and easy *2026-01-13, version 3.23.112* Easy to use and very convenient. ### 5/5 — Convenient *2026-01-09, version 3.22.18* Very easy to use and convenient. ### 1/5 — Unable to even create an account *2025-09-13, version 3.22.18* The rejection on creating an account doesn’t make any sense and gives no options. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-03-18, version 3.22.18* I don’t know why my pharmacy uses this app. I started using it recently and it wouldn’t allow me to log on. I emailed the developer but they only list their sales dept email. It was fixed but now I can’t login again. There’s no support for us customers. The pharmacist told me their server is not down (that’s the error I keep getting) and they’ve been receiving refills through the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall numerous times and it’s still not working. I guess the developer has given up on this app. Other reviewers have been having the same issue for quite some time. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-02-10, version 3.22.18* This app is not functional. I click “Forgot Password?” and it says my pharmacy server is down. I uninstall, reinstall, restart, repeat, and nothing works; it will not let me reset my password. When the app did work, on those few occasions it would crash before I was able to complete a request. Fix these issues; this is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Consistently Unable to Log In *2025-01-06, version 3.22.16* Consistently unable to log in to app, despite “updates” to supposedly fix the problem. App always says “Biometrics failed. Please log in manually.” Incredibly frustrating. On a lighter note- when you are the one in a million that can log in successfully, the app is rather useful. ### 1/5 — The Worst *2024-10-03, version 3.22.8* My pharmacy uses this service (if you can call it that!). It’s a rare day that I can open this app and see my profile. Mostly, it just fails with a message saying the phamacy’s server may be down. Checking with my pharmacist, he always informs me that it’s not them, but the system.
