Crashes A lot 2. Often restarts itself 3. All you have to do is fill out a few pieces of information about what you did and get the supervisor's signature. Some issues (Not too bad I promise) - If you move from a school that uses Mobile Serve from a school that DOES NOT use Mobile serve, you CANNOT transfer your hours from the app. Instead, you will have to contact your previous school to send a transcript or whatever of your hours. - I suggest getting having the supervisor put their signature on your phone AND sending the confirmation email to them just in case one or the other doesn't work for whatever reason. - You can only upload up to 24 hours of any type of community service, so if you have one that's like 50 hours then you need to enter it in twice (and get the signature twice) ### 3/5 — It’s aight *2020-11-15, version 1.87.0* It’s aight ### 4/5 — Great volunteer tracking app *2020-09-28* This is one of the only apps that you don’t have to sign up formally with an organization, and you can use for individual results. It saved my old logs and made tracking my hours fairly simply. Then, they updated it and no longer save my past supervisors/emails. It’s made tracking my hours so much longer and worse on the supervisors. Also, when I contacted the company they said it was my phone and it would start saving after a few entries. I just looked at their website and found out that is was the app saving them and they took that out. There are no active buttons at all on the screen. However, when I check every other app in my phone to see if they functioned properly with my home Wi-Fi, they worked fine. This app is the only thing that is having issues, and it won’t even tell me what I can do to fix it. It is a very helpful and easy way to keep track of service hours. When I needed to change something in the app, I was met with quick assistance using the support option. From just uploading the service and getting the signature it’s super easy and to the point. plus you can host ‘events’ for service and invite others so they can get service hours too.
