Horrible service, cuts out randomly with no way to reactivate, no help line. It is a waste of money, please use another service

### 1/5 — Travel eSIM Data stops working out of the blue

My eSIM stoped working and after contacting the support. Somehow they can’t receive any screenshots through the website/ app/ or the iOS e-Mail app wich they need to provide support and fix my issue. So now I spend 23€ round about 5 days of trying sending emails to the support but without any success. Can’t recommend it for Lebanon.

J’ai acheté 1 giga au Liban. Au bout de 640Mo, plus d’internet. No customer service!!!J’ai acheté un autre 1 Go, rien ne marche et personne ne répond au service client.
I bought one giga for Lebanon after 600Mo, Internet stopped. I had to take another giga but nothing is working. And the customer service is not responding. Don’t take it. You will lose your money.
