Panasonic MobileSoftphone is a Panasonic PBX dedicated SIP based softphone application that can work as a PBX extension supporting basic voice and video call functions. Supported Panasonic PBX: KX-NSX1000/2000 (Version 3.0 or later) KX-NS300/500/700/1000 (Version 5.0 or later) KX-HTS32/824 (Version 1.9 or later) NOTES: - Panasonic MobileSoftphone is a client application and is not a VoIP service. - You must use this application with Panasonic PBX listed above. - Some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the VoIP over their data network or impose additional fees and/or charges when using VoIP over their network. Please ask your mobile network operator before using this application. - Phone book data and Setting data of previous version(V1/V2) is not transferred to new version (V3) automatically. Accordingly please implement the following measures. 1. Re-register the data of Mobile Softphone settings by manual. 2. Regarding phonebook data of the Mobile Softphone: V1 User: Please register those data again by manual. V2 User: Please transfer those data by using export / import function. - Please uninstall old version application (Mobile Softphone V1/V2). Because if you use old version (Mobile Softphone V1/V2) and new version (MobileSoftphone V3) at the same time, the behavior may be unstable. IMPORTANT NOTICE : The Panasonic KX-UCMA Mobile softphone provides call handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular Phone Dialer. This functionality is dependent upon the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of Panasonic’s control. Panasonic recommends using your Native Cellular Phone dialer for any and all emergency Calls. This functionality has certain PBX Requirements that must be met. Same issue on iPad and iPhone. I’ve had multiple different issues. For a few days there was no audio when making outgoing calls. Deleting the app and reinstalling seems to have fixed that. However, now if I am on a regular cell phone call (not using the Panasonic app) and I get an incoming call on the Panasonic app it drops my cell phone call. It’s definitely an issue with the push notifications. If I turn that off I don’t have that problem, but that defeats the purpose of the app and it never used to have this issue. ### 1/5 — Avaliação negativa- Não recomendo *2020-11-05* Não gostei do aplicativo. It has been dropping every call since then after as little as 30 seconds and as much as 3 minutes. It is not just me. I am working from home, as are my coworkers, and we are all having the same issue. Please fix this, our business depends heavily on phone service. ### 1/5 — Ne surtout pas opter pour ce système *2020-09-28* Après une installation complète en entreprise avec des postes fixes sur NS700 et les softphones pour des techniciens itinérants qui reçoivent les appels d’astreinte jours et nuits. Les softphones se déconnectent à longueur de temps donc impossible d’être joignables. Nous sommes obligés toutes les 15 minutes de rouvrir l’application pour la reconnecter. Après de longs échanges (6 mois) avec notre fournisseur de téléphonie qui est en relation avec Panasonic aucune solution n’a été trouvée pour corriger le problème très pénalisant pour notre activité. Sans compter les bug réguliers de coupure pendant les appels. Nous allons passer chez un autre fournisseur de téléphonie avec une application beaucoup plus développée pour le travail à distance en cette période où le télétravail est d’actualité en période de pandémie.
