It has been dropping every call since then after as little as 30 seconds and as much as 3 minutes. It is not just me. I am working from home, as are my coworkers, and we are all having the same issue. Please fix this, our business depends heavily on phone service. ### 1/5 — Constant connectivity issues *2020-09-02, version 3.3.1* No upgrades! Having constantly restart the app to remain connected. Sometimes we can’t make a call just after another without restarting the phone. Hope someone will look at it and resolve ASAP ### 1/5 — What a joke! *2020-02-07, version 3.2.1* How can a company as big as Panasonic produce such a terrible piece of junk. We upgraded our PABX in order to have the ability to use our smartphones...versions 1 & 2 didn’t work....the disappeared from the App Store. Replaced eventually by Version 3 and I hoped they would have resolved the issues. Nope! Complete waste of money. The only way a call connects to a smart phone is if you dial the extension and then open the app....the app must be opened at the same time as the call is coming through. If the app is open before the call, it won’t connect. I guess telepathy is the best means to ensure you open the app as someone dials you, in which case Panasonic is ahead of the game! If you hope that calls will come through when the app is not open but ‘live’ on the screen, think again. Can’t believe they have got this so wrong for a third time. ### 2/5 — Was working fine until last update *2021-02-05* App was working fine until I recently updated the app to the latest version. I’ve had multiple different issues. For a few days there was no audio when making outgoing calls. Deleting the app and reinstalling seems to have fixed that. However, now if I am on a regular cell phone call (not using the Panasonic app) and I get an incoming call on the Panasonic app it drops my cell phone call. It’s definitely an issue with the push notifications. If I turn that off I don’t have that problem, but that defeats the purpose of the app and it never used to have this issue. ### 4/5 — Great but won’t stop ringing *2022-01-25* Works great but if you miss a call, the app continues to ring indefinitely. Same issue on iPad and iPhone. Fix please as others have same issue ### 5/5 — Excellent App *2020-06-09, version 3.3.1* We have supplied this app to several customers that are having to find WFH solutions in this epidemic and although there was an issue at the end of last year with the app having to be open to receive calls, this was rectified quickly with the latest version.
