Always logs me out *2014-01-29* Such primitive code. Doesn’t even have a save login/pw option. I always have to relog in whenever I leave the app to check mail or use my maps app. I never had to do this on the web version using chrome. ### 1/5 — Driver *2013-12-17* I don't know how any driver can be using this app as the sign in screen is for clients, not the drivers. It appears to be client software. Would love to have the driver app for the iPhone? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Truly useless *2024-06-12* I have never opened it twice in a row and been able to use it on the second try. Comically awful; it was outdated ten years ago, and it’s gotten steadily worse. ### 1/5 — Do not use this app. *2024-05-22* This app crashes each time it is used. I have to login every time I open it. It automatically logs me out. I don’t have time to have to login while I’m driving. There is no customer service for this. I have talked to one guy and he made excuses, like I did not know what I was talking about. ### 1/5 — Steve *2024-01-12* I’ve been using this app since 2015 and it has only gotten worse over the years. When I slipped the app down to hide it to use my phone, it logged me out immediately and then I have to log back in to get the information I need. Before this last update addresses and phone numbers were highlighted so that all I had to do was touch it and it opened it my map, or it opened in my phone in the case of the phone number. The app no longer highlights these features. Fortunately, Dispatch has informed me that we will be changing apps this spring. ### 1/5 — Inconvenient map *2023-10-13* Use to be able to click on pick up or delivery address and it load into my map of choice. Now I have to copy and paste over to map. There is no way to know you have a new order (no sounder or red flag). So you open it every time you think about it. Yet 2 out of 3 times you open it you have to log back in. We called there help and were told to re-install, no help! Then we were told to turn off WiFi, still no help! My only input would be to add a sound notification when you receive an order. ### 4/5 — Does the job well but could use a few improvements *2015-10-14* This app is my work tool and I can't really say anything bad about the interface or ease of use because it is simple and functional, and customers often get a kick of the touchscreen signature feature. However, it is very prone to crashing and freezing. It also often stops sending GPS data to the dispatcher while the app is still running; all of those things causing you to sign on and off repeatedly throughout the day. I'm not sure whether that's a design flaw of the app, or if it's a result of spotty data service—or even specific to certain network carriers—but it can be an inconvenience, especially when driving. ### 4/5 — Good have a question *2013-11-21* Hello I have been using this app and is amazing. But one thing my company is Starting to scan tickets and I can't with Iphone is there anything out there I can scan tickets ### 4/5 — Great app for messenger/ delivery industry *2013-11-15* This app is a great way to provide customers with an online POD image without investing thousands of dollars in mobile devices. It is very stable, and simple to teach to your drivers. If you need scanning capability, they have another app, not available yet for iOS but hopefully soon. ### 3/5 — POD Signature *2017-11-24* For the most part, the app is simple and easy to use. The only downside is obtaining a signature from the point of delivery when you have no service.
