Occasionally you'll get a location's info page from even earlier in your search history Force quit from the info page of a location and relaunch the app and suddenly it updates to the correct info It's been this way for nearly half a year. it impacts myself and all my coworkers, costing us time every day ### 1/5 — Ahmed Mohsin *2021-05-03, version 3.936* Almost sure they hired a 10 year old kid to make this app. Bad experience overall ### 3/5 — Tecent upgrade broke Recent Transaction view *2018-11-13, version 3.918* Over all good app. Recent update has broken Recent Transactions. Especially when it won’t log you in and you have to change your password, but the new password never works, so your password manager will save the new password, but then you won’t have your old password. Then you need to get an email to reset. Happens every 90 days. I hate this thing. ### 1/5 — Broken search *2024-10-01* Search has been broken for two years now. It pulls up random results half the time the only fix is to force quit the app. I have to force quit my app 20 to 30 times a day. ### 1/5 — Terminal search has been broken for nearly a year *2024-03-27* Terminal search has been broken since early Q2 2023, clicking a terminal in search results will bring up random terminal info from previously searched and selected terminals. Only fix is force quitting the app. Support has been aware of issue since at least July '23, I'm very tired of force quitting my app 20 times a day (not hyperbole) Have sent in screen recording of the behavior, support's only response so far is "we haven't been able to reproduce the issue, works fine on our device" which honestly feels hurtful and accusational to me as a response from technical support ### 1/5 — Is Switch serious with this app? *2023-06-08, version 3.9.47* I have used other ATM apps for nearly 10 years and recently got Switch. Sorry to be rude but this app is dogsh*t, it looks like I made it and I don’t know how to make apps. I’m stuck using switch now and I speak for the other ATM guys too afraid to say anything.
