It is compatible with my non-air print printer, so it prints ok, but I don't want to pay to send a local or 800 fax. ### 3/5 — It's OK *2011-11-26, version 2.7* This app does not get the best app award, but it will due. Definitely not iPad worthy. Maybe a free fax number would ice the cake. ### 2/5 — Faxing issues *2011-09-19, version 2.5* Be careful with faxing. Zero star rating on functionality. ### 1/5 — be careful .... *2011-01-19, version 2.5* I bought this app, because I frequently need to fax documents. while the service works it's extremely expensive .... You have to buy fax units on top of the purchase price. but to make matters worse the units per page that the app quotes you as the cost for the fax is bogus. I sent a fax to Germany - the price table and the app itself said that one page would cost 6 units - the actual cost of one (!!!!!) page however was 37 units .... That's a complete rip off!!!! Almost 5£ for one page?? Think twice guys .... ### 1/5 — Not working........poorly designed *2011-01-15* Does not automatically recognize my Wi-Fi printer. When I manually select the printer the app still doesn't print from my iPad, not even the samples that are built into the app when you buy it. ### 2/5 — Not pleased *2011-01-04, version 2.4* I wanted to print a web page confirmation of a purchase, but have to open the page from inside this app using their browser! Be careful do not buy!! ### 1/5 — Don't buy this *2010-12-14, version 2.4* It's a "credit" use app. Everything cost a credit to do, you have to buy the "credits" after you "buy" the app. Example faxing. Each PAGE costs a credit Emails ..cost credits. Printing = credit ect. Now you can buy these credits and if you buy in bulk (24 credits) 20$ or more you get a bonus credit (whoo wee) I thought apple weeded out aps that tried this stuff. I have been waiting for upgrades, that I was told would fix my problem. So Far I have paid for a product that I can not use. No Stars for this lemon. Don't waist your money until the bugs are fixed. ### 1/5 — Misleading app *2013-04-02, version 3.4* Worse then free apps. There are print apps that's are free and work much better then this. Demo make you think it print directly. That's not the case. Has to go few steps and move your documents to folders then print. Fax app is also a scam. Did not tell you in demo that you have to lease a number to do it. It is $14.99 a month and then pay for each fax too. I recommend to use some free app. This is just not what it looks in demo. I sent a fax the other day only to receive an error message that I didn't have enough credits, so it would not send. I emailed the people at MobileToolz only to be completely and utterly ignored. **UPDATE - finally heard back only to be told to buy more credits when I still have 11 credits!! It simply connects via the WIFY to the network printer and prints anything I want. It also registers with the iOS so that most other applications would allow their documents to export to (… open in …) this app for printing. This is as good as it gets in integrated printing from any application (including Safary, Page, Photos folder etc). Excellent, simple and fast. I did not try the fax as I did not need it. Hence I cannot comment on the fax facility. ### 5/5 — Printer ****update**** *2011-03-25, version 2.5* I have an HP C8180 All In One and so far no major issue. It does recognize my printer but it takes (to my taste) to long to send my prints to the printer. Don't know if it's because of spoiling or else, but would appreciate if make it do it in a shorter time. Also I was wondering if their is a possibility to get a number and get fax in (receive fax or fax to email) that would be amazing and would merit more than a 5 star......... ******Even though I don't have the update yet for number to fax in or change to the slow motion (lol), but I'm giving you a 5 star cause your app save my day yesterday. This was so amazing to use and I was soooooo satisfy. It was a situation that I had to handle in a timely manner and I was no where near home. I was panicking until I remember this app. on my iPad 1, so downloaded the pdf from my bank website into MobileToolz, and I was able to fax it to the recipient and we were all happy.************ P.S.....I did it on a wi-fi DON'T know how it would work on the crappy AT&T yet Thank you so much for saving my day :) ### 5/5 — Disabled PC guy *2010-09-21, version 0* For a old dog of 33 years doing only PC computing, I am thrilled this app was just I needed to print from my Ipad. When I first got it it would not work with my network, but with the update it works great now. A (But I must say if you developed a update that would include a fax # that would let customer receive faxes,this would be the best FAX App. Ever. ### 4/5 — Good with lots of features, BUT needs some refining. *2011-03-09, version 2.5* + Firstly I've had no problems printing with my printer, great! + Can print just about anything: websites, drawings, documents, images, etc. - However I chose to purchase the more expensive version from Ndilli (Mobile Toolz) since it has alot more features that I thought could come in handy at some stage. The features are definitely all there and do their job but it is just a case of the layout being a bit unrefined. - Also the storage system is a great idea but if I choose to open a document in Mobile Toolz from safari then it is automatically saved in the downloads folder and is unable to be moved to another location or be renamed which results in having to use a long winded method of downloading a document to store it in a specific folder. - The drawing tool is a bit laggy resulting in jagged images. ?? It would be great if Ndilli plan on including a pdf scanner to the app for when the iPad 2 arrives with the camera! ### 4/5 — Gamble your $9.99 to see if it prints *2010-04-04, version 0* It seems to be a pretty good app, but there is no way to see if it will find your printer and be able to use it, before you buy the app. Unfortunately for me, this app wouldn't find my printer, so now I have an unusable printer app that I paid $9.99 for. I would recommend the creation of a free app that would test printer connection, that way people would know if it will work for them. The description of what the app does in the app store could be a little more in depth.
