Шёл 2020 год, всеобщий карантин, в банк ножками не попасть, зачисления через приложение с карты другого банка занимают 2 дня, видимо отправляют голубиной почтой, прокрутив пару раз на бирже.

Карты разных валют в apple pay не имеют подписи с указанием валюты, совершенно неудобно использовать. Сделайте как в других банках указание кода валюты в верхней части карты

Текстбокс юзернейм під час логування є за короткий. Не можу ввести повністю свій юзернейм(13 літер), відповідно не можу залогуватись і користуватись програмою! Попрошу виправити багу, дякую.

The app works fine in terms of practical functioning. However, the security features are problematic: there are logins, passwords, PINs, transaction codes. The app will ask me to set a PIN or use Touch ID to speed up functions, it will work once, and then a week later it will apparently forget all this and ask me to set up a PIN or add a password, as if I’ve never done this before. Instead of feeling like my data is secure, it makes me feel like I am losing access to my account.

Otherwise, the app is doing it’s job

Простой и очень удачный интерфейс. Выглядит, конечно, не так современно, зато ничего лишнего, и потребляет очень мало трафика, устойчиво работает даже при очень слабой связи. В общем, отличное приложение для пользования зарубежом. Для меня это главное.

Отличное приложение! Рекомендую всем Клиентам. Оплата услуг ЖКХ, пополнение счета телефона и многих других услуг бесплатно. Легко найти банкомат и отделение банка.
