The app will say the van will arrive in say 15 minutes, but that’s just a random guess. Then the app will say the van is arriving momentarily. But the “moment “ will often last a half hour or more! The software engineers responsible for this app never have used a GPS. They are dumb! ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-11-16, version 9.0.0* App isn’t working. Won’t let you log in. Gives an error every time you try to log in. ### 1/5 — It’s not working *2025-11-13, version 6.0.0* All I keep getting is a error message. This app is a total crash out. Maybe try creating a new one, because this APP doesn’t work at all under any circumstances. It’s very basic and not intuitive at all. I would love to be able to track exactly where vehicles are for pick ups/drop offs in real time. Exact time vehicles are due with real time up to the minutes updates and what vehicle type will arrive: bus, SUV, van, etc. And it goes without saying, the most stringent security requirements. You’re dealing with a vulnerable and some disabled populations. ### 1/5 — Still incompetent software engineers! *2025-10-22* Why doesn’t MDT provide any information what they are doing to fix the app? It seems like nothing is being done, since they are so rude to users. It would be simple to keep riders informed, but they just don’t care about those who need the rides. ### 2/5 — Not real time info *2025-09-04, version 6.0.0* Error messages and not real time info. Sometimes the info is correct but 50% of the time it’s off. ### 3/5 — Okay—when working *2025-09-01, version 6.0.0* When the app works, it’s easy to schedule rides. But it crashes often and there’s no way to track when your ride is approaching. It gives you messages that are often wrong about approaching rides.
