### 3/5 — Billed on Day 6 of 7 Day trial

*2026-07-30*

I was billed for the plan, even though I cancelled on Day 6 of the 7 Day free trial. I downloaded the app on the weekend, but didn’t start the trial until Monday. When I tried to cancel on Sunday, I had already been charged. I was able to get a refund with some hoops. I liked the app and the exercises were helpful. Some of them are 20 minutes and I wasn’t able to do them everyday. I would have kept a lower priced plan with shorter exercises but $22/month was more than I wanted to spend for a few days per week of content that I lose access to when I stop paying.

### 4/5 — Good content. Poor interface

*2026-05-17, version 5.1.0*

Content is great but app is sometimes buggy

### 2/5 — App is down and no support

*2026-05-16*

The app says I don’t have an active subscription even though I do. It says to contact support but the support link goes to a page not found error. Are you having an outage?? Your website is also throwing errors when I try and login.

### 3/5 — Great videos!

*2026-01-14*

Love the videos and Kelly’s approach to mobility! The only thing I don’t like about the app is that it automatically counts your days. I was on 85 consecutive days when I did a late late session (around 11:30pm) and it didn’t count it for that day. So because of that I’m now starting at 0 again which is frustrating

### 2/5 — Expensive but seems alright

*2026-01-09, version 4.22*

Cost: 19.9 /month if you pay the whole year at once, 21.03 if you pay per month

I wanted the daily mobility routines and while they seemed creative and good I just couldnt click with the coach doing the video. He just talked the whole video repeating information more than needed and not necessarily giving anything like “now hold this for X amount of time”. Might be someone’s cup of tea but not mine. Since all i was here for was the daily routines I didnt love it

### 3/5 — It’s ok, could be much better

*2026-01-06*

The core functionality of the app is good. However it could be improved. For instance, the daily mobility suggestions are often the same as a few days before with little change. There’s no way to track your change in mobility scores over time which would be cool. An intro video that is clear on the major techniques used in the app such as scrubbing, figure eights, deep tissue, etc would be helpful for those who have not read the supple leopard book.

### 5/5 — App Update

*2025-12-31*

It seems to not be able to update to the latest version. Every time I clicked update now in the app, there is no option to update. I deleted and downloaded it again. I just keep getting a message to update to the latest version. I can still use it though.

### 5/5 — I use this app everyday

*2025-12-14, version 4.21*

I’ve been using Mobility Coach on the daily for roughly a year and a half. It helps me recover from workouts, prep for the daily WOD, and coach mobility during cool downs at the CrossFit affiliate I coach at. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Movement restored

*2025-12-12, version 4.21*

I’ve gone years thinking I’d never be able to do this or that again. Simple stuff like lie flat on my back, squat comfortably, or touch my toes. In just thirty days, the app has restored these positions and more. There’s more work to be done, but we’re off to a great start.

### 5/5 — Great for mobility

*2025-11-19, version 4.19*

I’ve loved stretching but tended to not stay on track on my own. The lessons are organized well with lots of feed back in the community.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-11-07, version 4.19*

Been using the app for several months. I exercise often lift heavy back pack snowboard and mountain bike. I was in the military and have quite a bit of back pain and knee pain. The exercises here have helped more than physical therapy has. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Life Changing

*2025-10-29*

I love this app! I have been such a fan for so long and it’s awesome to have the minds of the Ready State in my pocket for all my mobility needs. Anything I need for my workouts or regular maintenance. My favorite are the daily videos. I have also learned so much from just listening to the instructors. Keep up the incredible work!

### 2/5 — Amazing content, terrible app

*2025-10-29*

There’s absolutely no tracking of history. There’s no good programs to follow (unless you pay more). And when you’re sore in a certain area, it’s hard to find a decent session for it. The body picker is a great idea but only produces 5-7 minute sessions. The daily work is all I do, but it’s 10 minutes some days and 40 minutes other days, and yesterday’s session doesn’t change until half way through the day sometimes.

### 5/5 — Movement restored

### 5/5 — Best of the best

*2025-10-05, version 4.18*

Thank you Kelly and J Star!!!

### 5/5 — Proprioception

*2025-10-04, version 4.18*

TRS MC app has been awesome. I spend 10-30 minutes a night working on breathing and contract relax techniques while improving the internal dialogue with my body. Since starting I have been pain free in my low back addressing fascia systems I didn’t have a clue were effecting me. This has been a powerful tool for recovery and sleep.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Never received verification email

*2026-07-22, version 5.1.5*

Could not get an account because I never received an email verification.

### 1/5 — Deceptive free trial

*2026-06-21*

A few years ago, I had signed up to try this when it first came out. I had gotten emails about a free 7 day challenge and free trial. So I decided to have another look. There was no indication I was going to be charged outside of the free trial until the last part where it charged my credit card. I contacted their support and they said I am not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately the exercises are too advanced for me. They should provide a warning if they are going to charge you. Plenty of other apps will provide free trials after a certain amount of time.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2026-03-08, version 4.23*

The app should just be called 101 different ways to use a foam roller. He also goes on and on and repeats things constantly in the videos way more than necessary. User interface of the app also is very bad. Time would be better spent just doing YouTube yoga sessions or something like that

### 1/5 — Nope!

*2026-03-08*

They ask you to sign up, then for your credit card before you even get to try the app.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-04-25, version 4.11*

Doesn’t let you access your content unless you have a subscription. This makes it useless for people who have already paid outright for access to protocols.

### 1/5 — Charged after free trial cancellation

*2025-04-15, version 4.11*

I cancelled during the free trial yet was charged for the first full month. Very dishonest.

### 1/5 — Charged me and can’t log in

*2025-01-10, version 4.8*

Seems this app is broken and they aren’t interested in fixing it. I payed for a month and haven’t been able to log in to access the content in over a week. Submitted the issue and never heard back.

### 1/5 — Unable to consistently log in

*2025-01-01, version 4.1*

The content is great. The problem is with the app. It consistently gives problems in trying to login. Need to fix.

### 1/5 — Takes $$ Can’t login

*2024-12-28, version 4.1*

Literally did free trial and then it charged my account and I can’t access anything now
No response from customer support. Nothing

### 1/5 — App Does Not Work

*2024-12-14, version 2.23*

I was excited to try this app after hearing people say good things about the ready state. Unfortunately, the app is worthless. I do not get good reception at my gym so I tried downloading some of the videos in the app. They will not download and most the time the videos won’t play all the way through without freezing even when I’m connected to Wi-Fi.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Changed My Life

*2026-05-21*

Living in pain always seemed like it was a non-negotiable fact of life as I got older. I noticed it in my early to mid thirties..prime time. I’ve been at this for about 7 years and I don’t walk around with much pain anymore. But when I do, I use this app and am able to release the tensions associated with wherever the pain point is and move on with my life. I’d give this app 10 stars if I could.

### 5/5 — Best App to Feel Better

*2026-05-11, version 5.1.0*

I love what Kelly & Juliet teach. This app is so awesome whether you are actively trying to fix pain or just trying to maximize your athletic ability. Can’t recommend it enough!

### 5/5 — Mobility habit stuck

*2026-04-28*

I’ve been telling myself I needed to incorporate mobility into my routine forever but just never got myself to commit to the habit. Between the daily hip spin up and daily mobility practices I have stuck with mobility for over 90+ days and finally have a habit I can see sticking with. Plus I feel so much better!

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2026-04-26*

As a Personal Trainer and Fascia Stretch Therapist, I really value this app. It gives me easy access to tools that can immediately help my clients improve their mobility both in sessions with me AND at home with homework I can provide. It is also a game changer for me to work on my own mobility with my body as well. Amazing app and Kelly Starrett is the best!

### 5/5 — Mobility habit stuck

### 5/5 — 5+ Year Customer

*2026-03-02*

If you have pain or mobility issues, getting this app and implementing it as a practice is life enhancing.

I went from having serious back pain, mobility and posture issues to having virtually zero pain and feeling great.

I’m a huge proponent for these people and this program. Invest spending time with them and this will make a ton of sense.

### 5/5 — Great mobility

*2026-02-22*

Always a big fan of taking care of my body with some daily work. Big fan of the programming

### 5/5 — Love

*2026-02-12, version 4.23*

I love the app but days that I complete the mobility it doesn’t log on the leaderboard so I am not really motivated by it.

### 5/5 — Nice App

*2026-02-03*

Great

### 5/5 — Best of the best

*2026-01-29, version 4.23*

Thank you Kelly and J Star!!!
