What’s the point of saving the favourite? Also the whole Mobility on-request system is a crap. I need ti wake up at 4am to book a ride for 6am. Is this customer service? The MAP used by the driver is also horrible. The destination location is never correct. I have to run 🥵to the “pickup” point which is not where I registered. This is not safe for the passenger. Many times I also need to “hold the hand” of the driver to get to the exact location where I want to be dropped off. Moreover, the route suggested by the map to the driver is NOT the shortest NOR the most efficient one.
