### 4/5 — Need to streamline the billing. I had to call 7 times.

Great app for renting vehicles when you need them but I had to call 7 times because of issues with Mobility’s billing. At one point they told me that I could not rent a car because the funds had been reserved but not transferred and that I needed to call my bank. After calling my bank the bank told me, unsurprisingly, that it is up to the merchant to get the funds from the bank.

Mobility is a great service. Well organized, nice cars. 
But most of all, technologically very advanced. No need to hav your card with you, just unlock and lock the car with your phone.

I would not recommend using this app. Once you create your account and give them your credit card you’re screwed.
They have the worst UI to manage your subscription and they have separate subscriptions for the driving, the insurance and other. If you try to close your account you might end up in a situation where they tell you keep using the free version instead then they charge you 150 euros in the background for the insurance subscription.
As a general rule, never use an app that doesn’t go through Apple’s payment system because there’s no way to get your money back.
Their customer support responds after 2 weeks and tell you “your card has already been charged we can’t do anything for you”. They never heard of refund…

- Have been a member for years, coz I don't have enough cash to buy my own car. 
- I truly, really, deeply hate using Mobility. 
Why?
- App usually works to make a reservation, yes
- However, the problems start once you get to your car's alleged location:
1. All too often, the car is not there when the app says it is. 
2. All too often, you won't be able to get into your car even if it is parked where the app says it should be, because  of a software problem. 
3. The cars themselves are truly dire: noisy, ugly, dirty, smelly rattletraps. 

In summary: go for mobility if you believe that it's cheap and good for the environment, but you better be ready for a truly hellish and unpleasant in-use experience.

Try to log in. Get error message "Connection Error: There are connection problems".  Geez, thanks, that's helpful!!  Same thing every day. Delete, reinstall, same. Used to work. Now it doesn't. Has been 6+ months.  Please fix!!
