This is the worse. Unlike the previous app .. or pre update…nurses are unable to Filter their facilities . Many times when doing job search it gives you error message. Don’t even think about doing ANY filter. WHOMEVER DESIGNED this needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. Ive already had RN colleagues to go elsewhere to other nurse companies for per diem work. Ive called customer IT service at Favorite and even sent screen shots of the error message. If it wasn’t broke… why fix it!? The previous app on Thursday 9/19/24 was AWESOME! You could filter the facilities & it even kept the facilities you had previously worked . THIS IS HORRIBLE! Bring back the app from just 2 days ago! You go to have your supervisor sign and there is always an issue. I’m so over it. I don’t have time to keep standing and waiting and logging in and out of the app or deleting the app and putting all my information back in when my shifts over I have to leave I have a child to pick up and get to school this is ridiculous get the app fixed!!! The app will recalculate showing that you work less hours. Which affects your pay, and you have a difficult time getting the company to pay you despite getting shift verification for a manager.
