Before I used to keep all of my bills on an excel spreadsheet, so the fact that this tells me my expenses, income, remaining balance ,etc IM LOVING THIS APP! I’ve checked my settings. ### 5/5 — Customer Service was AMAZING! *2018-02-24, version 1.6.2* I have been using this app for a good couple of years now and love it. To easy to navigate through and no problems. I recently switched from an android to and iPhone. When I downloaded the app the period length was not working. I reinstalled many times. I finally emailed them in hopes of some answers. They were great at getting back to me. I heard back a day later! They told me what I needed to do and I had done that. There help section is very easy to navigate through and great on the how to’s on the app. I had done everything suggested and it wasn’t working. So within 3 days from first email I sent they updated the app. And it fixed the problem I was having. Thank you for such the quick response and fixing it. ### 5/5 — The BEST *2017-10-11* This budget app is hands down the best one out there. It organizes which bills are due each payday for you (which NO other app does!) it has helped me stay on track and organized many times. N back up can’t use cause it reflects only the 2 of 28 things I pay or receive monthly. Fix the issues guys or come up with a way that it can upload from an earlier point. ### 1/5 — Delete Series *2017-11-22, version 1.5.1* This feature just deleted a bunch of my series that I had saved I just wanted to delete one it was a duplicate and it deleted all of my series of various bills I love mobile but this is not acceptable I cannot work with an app that does not work properly please fix ### 2/5 — Used to love this app *2024-07-11* I’ve used this app on and off for 10+ years. I recently downloaded it again just to be disappointed. Every time I go to enter a bill or income none of the information stays long enough for you to save it, all the info boxes reset. This is issue has been resolved with v2.2.5 ### 2/5 — Updated software *2024-01-13* This updated a few days ago and erased all my info. Not a problem I can enter it again. BUT it keeps crashing every time I get something entered. It also freezes trying to move around the app. I’m super bummed. Can you please update to the latest version and try again? ### 3/5 — Needs work *2024-10-17* I’d give it more stars, but the fact is you type in a name and it clears it out and I’m not sure why. If it does it to the title of the bill, it will also do it to the amount you’re trying to input. This has been an ongoing issue and should be fixed and I would probably give it 4.5-5 stars at that point. But is very irritating. **Developer response:** Hello. Easy to use simple did an update now it won’t do anything at all. Literally won’t load any of my information when it does load it will not let me click on anything at all. But now I have an Apple phone.. when using the calculator you can’t move it around so that you can see how much a bill is, and if you exit the calculator, all the data goes away too.
