التطبيق دايم معلق + حولت رقمي من مسبق الدفع إلى مفوتر وماصارت تظهر لي الفاتورة شاشة التطبيق كأنها لازالت مسبق الدفع كلمت الدعم وماحلو المشكلة الين ماقطعوا الخط
حاولت التسديد عن طريق البنك لكن الفاتورة كانت دبل سعر الباقة والى الآن احاول التواصل ومافيه فايدة

خلل بالتطبيق اثناء تسجيل الدخول بعد الرمز المؤقت+ نظام السداد اذا دخلته من الرابط المرسل SMS ياخذك للفاتوره عادي بدون تسجيل دخول لكن اثناء الدفع يرفض ويقول ان فيه مشكلة بالبطاقة على الرغم من تجربة ثلاث بطاقات مختلفة لاكثر من بنك

This company is horrible.  First issue.  I have been trying to reactivate a line that they closed for about 2-3 weeks.  I have gone to the store multiple times and no one can help me.  I have called the company multiple times and this last time they said that the ticket was resolved but guess what… the line is still off.  That’s bad enough but the second issue is even worst.  I bought the Samsung galaxy z fold 8 ultra.  I preordered it last week of June.  It said that the estimated time of delivery was today but it never left the order processed queue.  So for over a week it was just sitting there.  So after my shipment didn’t show up (or even get shipped) I called them to find out what happened.  They kept telling me to check the order status online, literally while I’m reading from the order status.  The guy on the phone kept repeating that.  I just gave up.  This has to be one of the worst phone companies period.
