While it is still useful, the functionality has fallen well behind the times. For instance, it allows setup of touch or facial recognition, but that only works until some preset timeout, after which it again requires the username and password for login. It would be nice to know the balance after the transaction pulls out of the account. This app is practically useless and I have to log into the actual bank website which is such a hassle. ### 2/5 — Problems *2020-08-07, version 3.0.7* I like this app; however, since the end of July, it has stopped sending me alerts and does not show my recent transactions. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the problems still remain. If these problems aren’t corrected, I see no need to continue using the app if it’s not going to work properly. My card is locked and I have to way to unlock it now. No way to contact them or anything other than login. No website or help. Just the same repeated message, “ MobiMoney Unable to authenticate. To resolve the problem or reset your password, go to your Dummy Mobimoney*** Mobile Banking App and follow the instructions” What in the world is “dummy MobiMoney app” ?! ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-07-04, version 3.0.10* Horrible app. I sent this app up and saved all my passwords and Face ID. Every time I go to log into the app, it has deleted my passwords, forgotten my face, and on top of that, when I go to reset my password. It tells me I cannot reset my password. What’s the point of an app to protect your bank account if you can’t ever access the thing. Because of these inconveniences, every time I stay out of town, hotels charge me extra and I can’t even prevent it bc A. The app never works and B. My bank is never open when I need them to be. All around my experience with this app in conjunction with my bank is absolutely horrible and unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Transaction Notifications STOPPED *2023-03-25, version 3.0.9* I used to receive notifications every time I make a transaction but Wednesday, March 22, 2023 my notifications STOPPED. Why have they suddenly STOPPED? I’ve taken it to my bank and they tried to login for me and the mobimoney app keeps not opening so whenever I try to access it again, I delete and redownload. I’ve restarted my phone and it’s not that. All my other apps and everything on my phone works. I recently got this iPhone 13 so it’s a new phone. It’s the app that isn’t working. ### 1/5 — Worst Application in Existence *2022-05-09, version 3.0.9* Not only can I NOT see how much money is in my bank, someone stole my card and is spending it in another state and there is no way to report it outside of bank hours. The only thing you can do is see *SOME* of the transactions that happen, and *MAYBE* be able to see a fraction of the information necessary. It is absolutely thee worst application I have ever seen and it is depressing to think that video games have a better banking system than actual banks. ### 1/5 — Worse app ever *2022-02-04, version 3.0.9* This app is the worse. Never uses Face ID even thought it is set to. For the last few months either it doesn’t notify the purchase or it knock me out and I have to log back in. Now it is saying my password is not correct. So i hit the link for forgot password and it says it sent an email to do a new passcode and it never sends. Card status changes from active to waiting to active for no reason, purchases were denied for this reason. Retired to remove cars and reset, now I’m locked out of app. Requested to reset passcode and I don’t even receive it. I have spending alerts set so if my card is compromised they won’t be able to get much & it alerts me every time a transaction goes through so I can catch unauthorized charges immediately! With online purchasing there’s always a risk & I’ve had my card info compromised twice this year (once just by using it at the grocery store)! ### 5/5 — Perfect Fraud Prevention *2022-02-04, version 3.0.9* This app does not keep up with my transactions which is fine because I can use my apps that are provided from each individual financial institute for that. WHAT this APP DOES DO is it allows you to TURN YOUR CARDS OFF LIKE A LIGHT SWITCH WHEN NOT in Use And On when I want to use the card. The whole reason I wanted this app is to be in control of when my cards are activated so this app does it’s job! ### 5/5 — It works for what it’s meant for *2019-12-12, version 3.0.5* Honestly I don’t know why this app has such a low rating. I use it to turn my car on or off. It tells me when something is pending comes or tried to come through. I don’t use it to check my balance. I obviously have my normal banking app for that. I literally use it to just turn the card on or off to prevent fraud. It’s what it’s meant for. You shouldn’t rely on this app to tell you your balance. Obviously it’s MobiMoney is not your bank ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2019-04-17, version 3.0.5* Very friendly app that allows me control over my debit card! ### 5/5 — Excellent App *2018-09-06* There are many features that come with this APP I like. For instance, it keeps track of my monthly spending and notifies me when my card is being used, which is very helpful for automatic payments that are being debited monthly. I was also able set a certain limit for my card so that it’s notifies me when I get to low in my account. Set limits, locations, types of merchants and turn my card off if needed. Works great on my iPhone. It's separate from my Banks OLB but that is fine.
