I don’t know if this company is even still in service. I got no response when reaching out to them. Don’t waste your time because this app does not work. ### 1/5 — Horrible service nobody answers so you can’t complete registration *2023-11-12* Can’t get past the registration part keeps saying internal error and nobody will respond to my request. I’m disappointed because this is a black owned company and I have to write a negative review. The fact that nobody answers emails or even the social media is very concerning. Filed out all the info and uploaded docs. Now can’t access the app!! Like no login option appears. Will be reaching out to remove my info/profile! My son and I are notaries in Stockton and can’t even make accounts. I was an early adopter. Super excited. My son gave up trying to set up and I What’s up? Mad at him.
