I had to buy the service of the app only to find out I can’t edit on it. I had to download its partner app and also pay to use that one. ### 1/5 — iPad keyboard functionality neglected *2026-08-12, version 13.6* Do you use this app on your iPad with a keyboard? Then don't expect to have a good time. A major keyboard functionality is broken where you can't delete words with Option+Backspace. I've submitted a bug but it has yet to be fixed. Additionally the issue has gotten worse. It used to only impact when the cursor was at the end of a line of text, but now it also impacts when you're at the end of a word or punctuation. This inconsistency and lack of turn-around for, what I consider, a critical functionality, has lead me to give a 1-star review. The recipient can’t open it, gets a message about signing up to MOBI Office. This has changed use to be able to send without them dubious about opening .
