Mobipax MP Lightning Detectors are 6' tall, made of sturdy Aluminum and Polycarbonate. Bright RED, ORANGE, YELLOW and GREEN lights indicate storm intensity (NEAR, IN-AREA, APPROACHING) for lightning up to approximately 24 miles away, a volume adjustable siren attracts your attention when lightning is detected. The MP Lightning Detectors come in two types: Cell-Connected and Non-Connected (stand-alone). The Cell-Connected units allow assigned Administrators to control hours of operation (so the unit can be set to not wake schoolyard or golf-course neighbors at 2:00AM). Administrators can remotely set the siren's loudness and can remotely test devices.
