Helps me secure my phone. Has trouble with my iPad but not my iPhone. ### 2/5 — Erasing Data *2017-12-03, version 5.2.3* This app use to have a button to erase data securely, now it’s gone, not good! Want it back, thanks ### 3/5 — Used to be better *2017-08-14, version 5.2.0* This app used to be able to check and see if your device is jailbroken and compromised by a hacker. No longer. I'm sure it's probably because of Apple trying to lock down their Precious so tightly that it's starting to make the user experience....well, just not terribly pleasant. They seem to want the iPhone and the iPad to be mysterious black boxes where neither you nor the developers of apps for rhe products have much in the way of fine, granular control over the device. A perfect example: You cannot create a process viewer for iPhone and iPad. Aplle doesn't want anybody knowing exactly what processes are running at given time. Or, how about all that mysterious data that gets uploaded to iCloud that Apple won't let you, the licensee of a particular iphone/iPad see? I don't know about you, but I'm hell-bent that I'm going to know exactly what's in those. It's such an arrogant, arrogant thing that Apple is doing. Basically what you have in your back pocket is a spy device masquerading as a smart phone. And this app can no longer provide any useful info because of the way Apple is relentlessly locking the phone tighter and tighter to try and force users to use their ridiculously complicated and bloated iTunes (A prisoner-taking retail store front masquerading as a media manager. Don't believe me when I say it takes hostages. Well, then forget your restrictions passcode, example. If your iPhone iPad resets because of thisyou have to synch with Apple's before you can get it back. I know I didn't say much about MobiShield. There are two things that offer a bit of value. The "Traffic Monitor" (is which doesn't work in the version I currently the have). The only thing it's ever said is "Runout" and I have no idea what that means because there's no documentation! This guy also offers a Secure Erase Function. It will (supposedly) securely erase your device without using i(how in the world did they Slip this by the certified control freaks in charge of Apple these have been ujjA question to everybody who reads it as this's just : Who do you think has more interest and more incentive to make sure uour device is safe and secure, you or Apple? Aplle wantsj you to believes they're out there taking care of you 24 hours a day, protecting your personal info and comstantly vigilant for any threat to your device/data. Bull patootie! Besides, how would you know if they were doing a good job or not. They won't let you monitor or see a damned thing of any real significance in their Precious. I'm keeping my fingers crosssd that they come to their senses and relent and finally let somebody, like this developer to creat a Strong, comprehensive process monitor. ### 2/5 — You can get the same info without this app *2017-07-15, version 5.1.5* This app just makes the info that you can look at on your phone in one place. Nothing about if you're hacked or if there is spy ware on your phone. Save your money. It also gave a phone number to call to fix the problem. I called the number & the person who answered claimed to be Apple tech support but it wasn't true. ### 1/5 — This version update = removal of previous included feature. *2016-04-27, version 5.1.3* My favorite thing about this app was the feature in which you could secure erase your deleted files and write them over with random data so they couldn't be recovered. I don't understand why it's gone. Did the feature not work? Why was it removed? ... Now after I turn my iPhone 6 off and back on, the app crashed in 2 seconds and it's not work anymore , crash crash crash !!! Fix it please!! ### 3/5 — Good app. *2016-01-05, version 5.1.1* This is a good app! But I tried to experiment with it. I went to look at the how much data I've used screen, double-tapped the home button and selected the home screen to keep it running. I used the internet a bit to spend data, and went into the app using the double-tap home button way. I have an iPhone 6 by the way. When I got into the app to see if the amount would change, and it instantly crashed... Now every single time I try to get in the app it crashed in two seconds. Please fix. Thanks!!! ### 3/5 — Looks like a useful app...sort of. The text could use a human's touch. *2015-12-30, version 5.1.1* I just installed MobiShield and briefly explored the app. Looks promising and I hope it holds up as there seems to be some useful features included. However, the many typos and poor use of grammar are a bit annoying. The Devs obviously made the mistake of trusting a digital or an online translator. Whatever they used they should immediately stop using it. It's horribly incoherent in nearly every other sentence making it hard to decipher, loaded with typos and words that require at least a brief definition, and the grammar is extremely poor. Americans do a fine job of mutilating the English language on their own and some will undoubtedly become prejudice and delete the app based on the poor use of grammar alone regardless of the overall performance of the app. Send me $5 and I will edit all the text for you in less than hour. If not, the least you could do is pay a real person who speaks and comprehends the language well enough to give it a professional overhaul. If the shoe were on the other foot I would hire a human to proof read and edit where necessary to reach my target market with a show of respect and professionalism even if an app is offered "free" but nothing truly is, someone is always paying for it. Just a friendly suggestion to the Dev. When I scan I get : Part of Jailbroken iPhone user would like to install OpenSSH service, and remain the default password. The default password is very weak and may be made use of by hacker and worm virus to attack user's iPhone, produce information revelation. There are already lots of iPhone users been attacked by this kind of virus. Fix Security Hole:Use MobiShield to set reliable password for OpenSSH, will resolve this problem well. The battery charger function is my favorite part of the app because it works better than any other app. You have to make sure your in the battery part of the app and you must leave it on the battery portion of the app while your phone is charging to 100 percent in order for it to give you that full charge you use to get when you first bought your phone 📱, thank you to the developers, I really appreciate this application. Thank you. Sidebar: not sure if the app sends out personal info to telemarketers/spam but I do get quite a few unnecessary text messages and emails after scanning on older devices recently.
