Why do you even hire developers? ### 1/5 — Need to Improve or Develop better App *2020-05-23, version 2.0.2* I am really disappointed as a Mobitel user while using this App. It is developed with Basic features, so need to improve the App to have the best features. Mobitel released the Selfcare app after so many years, I think they announced the app recently, since they took lots of time, I thought they will come up with one of the BEST app among in the mobile service provider in Sri Lanka, But they failed!!!!!! I am really disappointed and sad about this!!! And mCash app is also one of the disaster!! I don’t like Dialog but honestly their selfcare and other apps are Really good to use. Recently I am getting this error message in the Mobitel selfcare app : “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this moment. Please try again later” As a Mobitel user I beg you to introduce the BEST App for you customers, Please. I am putting this review because I believe you will do something at least after this!!! I want the Mobitel to be the best service provider in Sri Lanka in all fields. ### 1/5 — Horrible optimization *2020-03-27, version 2.0.2* I’d rate the app 0 stars if possible, this app should be immediately taken down from the store and adjusted so that it can actually work, just starting up the app takes a horrendous amount of time, even on high end phones and once you load in, navigating takes just as long. Look beyond the optimization issues, it is clear that the user interface is horrible as well, package info is unclear and there’s is no option to deactivate packages as well. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2020-03-22, version 2.0.2* This is the worst app I have ever seen. Constantly log me off and every time start the app as if it’s starting for the first time. Send you on a goose chase through the links. Some links in the app don’t work well or frozen. I mean this supposed to be the flagship telecom service of the country and all I can see is a app developed by a fifth grader. It’s been several weeks and the add-on link does not work and can’t change as I wish. Can't use WhatsApp calls on mobile data. Paid for an eSIM online, money deducted but no QR received. Customer care useless after 3 calls. They told me to go to a branch for an ONLINE purchase. Been with Mobitel 18 years - it was good before, now it's trash. Don't waste your money here. And again I was trying to activate a package in it failed. Then customer care advised me to do it with a sms once I called them.
