## What is MobiTrack24?

MobiTrack24 is a complete GPS tracking and fleet management platform for individuals, businesses and professional fleet operators.

Track every connected vehicle on a live map, see its current status and review recent activity from one organized workspace. Vehicle groups and clear navigation make large fleets easier to monitor. You can also use this iPhone itself as a tracker — it keeps reporting reliably in the background.

Live updates keep fleet information current. A visible refresh indicator also helps operators understand when tracking data is refreshed.

MobiTrack24 requires an active account and a compatible GPS tracking device, or this iPhone acting as a tracker. Available features depend on account permissions and tracker capabilities.

Background location is used only while phone tracking is switched on, and can be turned off in the app at any time.

Phone tracking now keeps reporting reliably in the background on both iPhone and Android. A phone that was standing still used to send one position and then go quiet — it now reports on a proper interval, and uploads survive being backgrounded.

Forgot your password? You can now reset it yourself from the sign-in screen with a one-time code sent to your email, or by SMS if the email does not arrive. Your phone can fill the code in for you.

Turning notifications off in Settings now genuinely stops them, including alerts sent from the server.

Opening a MobiTrack24 link from the web now takes you to the matching screen in the app instead of the home page.
