### 5/5 — Consistency in fitness!!

I love this app so much. I’ve realized so much of my barrier with fitness consistency has been because of the effort needed to complete a workout. And my effort standards were definitely quite high, so having to muster up that energy was proving tough. BUT with mobius, there are no metrics shown and they celebrate all types of movement. So now when I can only get in a walk, I feel GOOD about that. The community cheers me on and I feel supported. Definitely a great app!
