De plus les bornes ne fonctionnes plus en CB sans contact…

Les bornes sont trop souvent en panne sur Ste Marie, De Ré, Rivedoux St Martin… C’est très pénible lorsqu’on a besoin de se charger. Il serait temps de faire quelque chose, on paye quand même un abonnement à l’année pour la carte.

L’application beug, il m’est devenu impossible de l’ouvrir. Le site web ne propose pas les mêmes options. La carte ouvre la mauvaise porte. Et pour vous avoir au téléphone, autre que service technique il faut plus de 20 min. C’est aberrant. Cliente chez vous depuis juillet, ça devient du n’importe quoi!

En voyant les notes, je me demande comment ils font pour avoir 4,5.

Ce que je vois dans les notes, ne me donne pas envie de prendre un pass mobive. Car la tarification en ayant le pass n’est pas clair à part dire que l’on dépasse pas 30 € TTC.
Quand je charge chez tesla avec mon abonnement le tarif est clairement indiqué.  Ce qui m’a encouragé à prendre cet abonnement.
J’ai des recharges du coup entre 0,18 € et 0,30 € chez Tesla c’est bien en dessous de chez Mobive. 
Avec donc des recharges entre 8 euros à 15 € max.
À méditer chez Mobive….

J’ai deux recharges qui apparaissent en cours sur l’application alors que je n’ai bien qu’un seul véhicule connecté …
D’autre part les tarifs affichés sur la borne au 05/05/2025 ne sont pas ceux indiqués sur l’application ou le site web. 
Je suis débutant, j’ai réussi à lancer une charge facilement avec la carte RFID. À voir ce que ça donne avec l’application …
