Everything is in one app and easy to find. It takes you through every thing that you need to do each day from opening to closing. The green dot let’s you know when things are done. Hangs, freezes, indefinitely waiting for it to load. Constantly have to restart app and often times isn’t reliable when needed for its purpose resulting in the customers refusing to pay their invoices due to the fact they didn’t sign it because it wouldn’t work. Selecting an address now forces you to only use Apple Maps. I don’t use Apple Maps but I no longer have an option. ### 1/5 — Currently unusable *2021-08-19, version 10.0.82* When adding notes it crashes it doesn’t load my forms or close my WO’s i have to close them via the website which renders the app useless. It’s inefficient, it’s usability at times is the worst of any app I have, and it’s redundant. It’s as if someone that has never created an app or cared at all about efficiency made this disaster. It gets worse with every update. I would’ve deleted it long ago, but it’s how one of my contractors demands I submit deliverables. Something better change soon or that contractor will be looking for a new guy. I’m beyond done with this sorry excuse for an app. **Developer response:** Hi CV. Thanks for your feedback. Call for support and it’s an operator who will “get the message to the techs”. Things are well organized within the app though, with relevant information. Doesn’t stay open on the forms if I’m switching between apps for too long, but otherwise it does not crash or lag. ### 3/5 — Honest Review!!! *2024-06-07* We use this app everyday/ multiple times a day. It’s great for capturing data, reporting problems, and verifying that work gets done when we are not with our employees. The system is good for what it is but the app will often crash and not save the information you’ve input. Also the speed of the app is totally dependent on the coverage you’re getting on a cellular device. Like I said the app is good for what it is but I would like to see more improvements so that it not only makes my job easier but my techs jobs easier as well. Making such improvements will not only save time but allow us to focus more on the task at hand.
